Pros
Great quality and is super sturdy. Easy to put together and sturdy, for a good price. Comes with ratchet wrench.
Got this one for $300 less lol. Just my personal preferences. Really happy with this purchase.
The mattress is now a perfect height. Love the height 9 plus, my 12 mattress, also my 4 1/2 memory foam. It’s actually very quiet and supports my mattress well. He has an ikea hemnes bed frame.
Cons
Box spring is much smaller than the mattress itself. Completely broke near the headboard. Their queen is 100% not a queen sized frame, this is full sized in measurement.
Products like these are too much hassle to pack and send back. Just need a refund. Assembly instructions are basically none existent. I hope someone reaches it to me if there is any warranty.

When this arrived in a long flat box i was worried since i have had so many products that ive put together and were difficult or time consuming
