Zinus customer service is a block hole, numerous emails and tickets unanswered for over two weeks now. Even tho there is a 5 year warranty. They say i need to contact amazon but when i enter the problem in the amazon app it says contact zinus.

Would recommend purchasing the headboard mounting bracket kit from sleep number if you need to attach to the zinus anuar headboard.
