Pros

It's better than my previous setup (box spring + low frame) and just as comfortable. Easy to assemble. My mattress feels so much firmer without the box spring.

A really sturdy frame. Purchased for our guest bedroom and does not disappoint. Used for guest rooms. All sized guests.

Cons

Yes, it's sturdy, and may be fine if you are sharing a bed, but i don't recommend it if you want to sleep in the middle. I weigh 140 pounds and the metal frame snapped and broke the other night.

The metal bars are so thin and easily bendable by my hands alone. When the mattress and/or box spring shifts, you become vulnerable to smacking your shin on the steel frame.
