Pros

The cushions are a bit stiff, but i'm expecting them to soften in time. It isn't very soft, but offers lots of support and has a material that is very durable. The one complaint is the back cushions tend to fall off when you stand up and sit down.

They are much easier for me to get up from ( as an older person) as i sunk too far into my previous couch and struggled getting up from it.

Cons

The cushioning in the seats began to break down after about 6 months with light use. There are springs in the cushions and they began to pop while the cushioning has become noticeably uneven. The arms slide on in a track.

Total garbage. After having this sofa for over a year, it's basically junk. I know the price wasn't bad but for this piece it is over priced.

Sitting on this couch is so uncomfortable.
