Pros

The bed is heavy and sturdy and i feel confident it should last. The frame is very sturdy, and most importantly, it doesn't make any noise getting in and out of bed!

The bed is an impressive feat of design and engineering. The faux leather has a nice look and feel to it. The reusable thank you cards are a neat idea.

Zinus is consistently impressive this way. Looks really nice. The look is exactly what is seen in the pics.

Cons

The bed is poorly and cheaply constructed. Support is bad. The company zinus also has horrible customer service.

One move, and our bed frame is broken and sagging in the middle. Downside is that the stickiness of the leather headboard makes a squeaking noise.

I am very pleased with the quality of both products.

I was surprised by the quality of this bed for the price it’s a heavy duty one .

I could have thrown them out with the packing so not sure they were actually missing.

This one was spot on with the color and material used.

The outer box had a significant punch/tear inevitable from shipping such a large heavy item.

First, the packaging was (mostly) perfect and everything neatly protected from damage during travel.
