Easy to assemble with clear, easy to follow directions (an allen wrench plus a ratchet are included). Took about 15 minutes. All the holes have numbers to tell you were to put the pieces together!

Solid steel pieces versus the lightweight aluminum and the legs are a solid piece all the way up to the armrest unlike the dhp bedm which had separate legs from the mattress base which is where the welds failed after only five months of use even with replacement legs from dhp after the first three months

The spacing of the slats maybe 8 seemed too wide to support the mattress alone
