Pros

Every piece has a sticker coinciding with it's partner pieces. Literally connecting piece 1 to 1, 2 to 2. Got this for our older granddaughter.

The sturdiness is wonderful. I’m a bigger person and have 3 large dogs and it seems to be handling all of us without budging. It's extremely sturdy and doesn't even wiggle.

Zero squeaks or wobbles. We have our casper on it with no box spring. It doesn't squeak or wobble.

It’s a comfy style of low, but not too low.

Cons

The headboard is badly cracked and the footboard is dented at the top. The wooden slats are not durable enough to support our bodies. The bed wobbles to the slightest touch.

Zinus customer service seems to be really reluctant to fix their own problem. Not even mentioning about no apology for this.
