Pros

Trundle wheels rolls nicely on the carpet. Includes a handy ratcheting hex tool. Feels sturdy and secure, with no squeaking. This daybed/trundle is worth every penny.

It’s perfect for sleepovers. Fits our 6 in twin mattress nicely.

Cons

Very flawed design and cheap metal wheel parts. Slats slip out so easily that while trying to place one within the slots, it slipped out of the slot, and i cut myself on the metal of the frame. Told us to call amazon. Beware the warranty.

Disappointed in the sturdiness of this bed. Over all this cot looks great, but my 50 pound 8 year old totally feel the bars under the mattress. The mattress is like paper.

You can use a larger matress than 8 inch for the top but 8 inches fits nicely and is more than needed.

So they were correct when saying to buy a 7inch mattress or below.

I bought a 8inch memory foam mattress for both beds, the bottom one fits but i have to lift the top bed up to get it to slide out.
