Pros

It goes even higher under the bed after you pass that outer edge. I’m about 240 lbs and have a 14” king mattress atop the foundation. Paired with a 6 inch zinus mattress and works fine.

Easy to assemble and looks sleek. Insanely easy to assemble (maybe 15 mins) and fantastic product. Design from box to completed install is inventive.

Looks as pictured. See pictures for comparing the beige color. Looks great still and goes well with the warm gray quilt i have.

Overall this is the best product this company produces imho. Bought two of these platform beds by zinus based on design & reviews. Loved it.

Cons

After less than 3 months on this base, the squeaking is insane. The metal tabs on the frame that the legs screw into are too flimsy and it makes the bed wobbly. The slats are just metal bars ~1/2 wide and they're way too far apart. Tried adding plywoo... Read More
