No lumps or sagging even after 3 years, 2 adults, 2 dogs and 2 babies in and out of the bed. This was ordered for my grandma whom is now placed in assisted living. Also ordered the 8 mattress at a later date.

A side sleeper 165 lbs and a 180 lbs side/back sleeper. Both of us wake up with no hip pain. This mattress is so affordable and comfortable that i bought 2 more and everyone who sleeps on it wants one and i send them the info!

Save your money and get the 12 inch or invest in a more expensive and reputable brand. Kudos to amazon because the refunded me my money. Its unreasonable to think of having to try and return this repackaged like it was shipped.

My back was sunken in. The carpet on the floor is softer than both mattresses. I bring my own pillows back and forth, so it's not that. Do not sleep on your stomach or on your sides.

Because the fiber glass spills out. It's also been dipping in the middle for several months now. However, it’s responsiveness is gone.

One side of the mattress now has a deep hole that you sink in to after applying pressure. I am not sure what happened since i use the mattress with the suggested zunis smart bed frame. Do yourself a favor and do not buy this mattress.
