Stable, sturdy bedframe. Wood slats are flush with the frame. Not too high when a thicker queen mattress and memory foam pad are used.

Seven inches of clearance below allow for easy access to underbed storage. Small footprint takes up less space in smaller bedrooms.
Writing this review in late 2022 after purchasing this bed in 2016. Pretty impressed.
Cons
The frame has a huge scrape and a dent in the side. The mattress slides right off. The frame is not in a square, vertically and horizontally.
Review strictly about zinus customer support. I’m annoyed with the product and with what i consider poor customer service/quality control. What a wasted of $200.

Quality
We didn't want a bunch of clutter under our bed and we wanted a platform bed lower to the ground so we are happy with the low space.
I am very happy with this purchase.
However, discussing the actual bed frame, i am thrilled!
Price
Price is right, super- solid, easy to assemble.
I have contacted amazon twice requesting the price adjustment, however, i have not received it yet.
But its a low cost bed option so not something i would expect to be super storng.

Shipping
No damage from shipping, bed went together easily and looks really good.
I intentionally selected a shipping option that would get it here when convenient but it was delivered 2 days early.
Packaging/appearance
Packaging was impeccable, not a scratch on it.
Competitiveness
My main goal was to find a bedframe that didn't take up a lot of space, was minimalist, and most importantly could be assembled with ease.
We replaced another zinus bed, which was also good quality, but it had metal slats that were too far apart.

Warning about warranty coverage square trade is a complete scam

The manufacture warranry clearly states that it doesnt cover accidental damage or wear tear
