Pros
The trundle bed works great. My grandson uses it when he comes to spend the night. The bed underneath pulls out smooth and he loves being able to roll it out himself.
The directions have letters but the parts aren't lettered. I like that it has metal support bars and not flimsy wood. It’s fairly lightweight and we had it assembled in 45 minutes.
Cons
I'm a loyal amazon shopper and prime member and i believe this is the absolute worst product i've ever gotten from amazon. Horrible company horrible horrible company.
Trundle bed is slanted from 2 wheels being snapped off. Customer service is a joke, giving you the runaround. Casters are not standard size.
The parts were mislabeled, stickers on top of each other. If i want just that damage piece to be replace i have to reorder the whole thing.

The bed is very sturdy (even without the damaged part) and easy to assemble and disassemble.

Two issues - directions and parts labeling don’t match up and 14” shown for mattress width is actually ten inches only.
Each piece had anywhere between 1 and 4 number stickers on them.

I rarely write reviews but felt it necessary as this purchase was well worth the money.
I was surprised about this product its nice and really comfortable for the price.
( i would have been willing to keep the daybed and use it without the damaged part for a reduction in purchase price).

The packaging was well organized and they even included a ratchet and qr code to an assembly video that made the instructions a breeze.
Well i unpacked the box and inventoried all components - all here.
Competitiveness
Bed is sturdy and comparable to zinus quality on other beds we own.
