I took down a star because it's a bit scuffed on some parts because they ship it in the original packaging, and that cardboard is not thick enough to survive being thrashed around i think through ground shipping because the box had a lot of tears in it, there was not a whole lot of protective packaging going on beyond each piece being wrapped in plastic (which does help), and zip ties that i assume were meant to hold things in place but many of them snapped and so things rattled about during the shipping process.  Read Less
