Pros & Cons
Pros
Metal frame has velcro along side pieces to hold slats in place. The slats are nice and velcro strip assures no movement on the frame. This product supports my son's bloom mattress. Fit great in my ikea bed frame!
Thank you for designing and delivering a product that goes counter to the common don't care attitude. I'm not someone that usually writes a review, but this product is such a steal!
Bought two sets for my twins to support their montessori bed. It's rigid, sturdy and easy to setup. Seems very sturdy and comfortable under the mattress.
Cons
Extremely flimsy wood slats. May end up wasting and throwing out, unfortunately. Very miss leading information on web site and wants me to pay for return shipping.
Highlights
Quality
Fit our existing metal frame perfectly, seems well built and is very solid.
Easy to assemble and hold on well
Slept well the last two weeks .
I could find replacements for the original wood slats and enough of them had started to sag, making my bed uncomfortable.
Price
Very good value for money and very easy quick assembly
Seemed a bit pricey (130 cad) but you get what you pay for i suppose.
I bought an expensive spring mattress and i could feel it sinking in the middle every night.
Shipping
First of all, this came in very fast!
The slats velcro on to the frame and are even shipped stacked in a way that makes laying them out very easy.
-delivery came 1 week early-set up with our endy foam mattress (king)-bed frame with headboard/footboard from ashley furniture ... Read More
The bed frame showed up on time, the shipping box was a little beaten up.
Packaging/appearance
)the components were packaged nicely, along with the hardware and extras which included a ratcheting allen key which was very nice to use.
Item was a return, box was taped and discoloured.
If you are someone looking for a thin box spring, skip the add to cart and just order.
First, the packaging: first impression is that the box is long and heavy (for its size).
Competitiveness
I bought this to support a foam mattress as i wanted flat slats (unlike the arched design ones that ikea has).
We are using the ikea kura bed as a bunk bed with a mattress on the bottom.
