Pros
The design and simplicity of the design is amazing. Am engineer and i appreciate how clean and effective this design is. The material is kind of cheap but sturdy. Sturdy and solid.
The way the supports of the bed frame are designed is a true differentiator from anything else out there. The foundation is also quiet, and i haven't experienced any creaking or squeaking noises. Does not squeak or move around.
The design of this foundation is simple yet elegant, with clean lines and a modern look. It perfectly complements my bedroom decor. Low profile gives my bedroom a more spacious feel.
Cons
The frame looks nice but as others have stated, it's too wobbly. The metal tabs on the frame that the legs screw into are too flimsy and it makes the bed wobbley.
What cheap rubbish. I hope this review helps potential buyers reconsider this company prior to purchasing their product. To make matters worse, the customer service is horrific.

Is soooo easy to install, does not require tools, material is sturdy/high quality and the height is customizable.
Very easy to assemble and very sturdy.
It's made to support a mattress not walking on it.
It even comes with felt pads on all the legs.
Price
Would definitely recommend especially for the price.
But for the money i think it looks great and feels super solid.
The price is unreal for the quality !
Shipping
It was nice that it took a few days early to get here.
The company was great and responsive through email and promptly sent me a pre paid pick up label and sent a replacement in under a week.
Packaging/appearance
I purchased a box spring cover to mask the gray cover that comes with the foundation and it fits my room decor perfectly.
I was able to get the box in the house, open it, and move the pieces to the assembly space fairly easily.
The packaging was excellent as well with minimal use of non-recycleables.
Loved the packaging and the instructions - super simple and no tools required other than what's provided (they even provide a small mallet!
Competitiveness
Better than the more expensive leesa brand mattress bases.
I also need to furnish a guest room, and zinus is the only brand i’ll be purchasing from!
