Pros

The mattress is still firm and supportive. No signs of sagging at all.

All-in-all it is as advertised and a good buy. Very impressed. Unfortunately, it looks like zinus is no longer selling this exact model on amazon.

This bed sleeps very cool for memory foam. I'm a side sleeper and it's just perfect for me. I’m now on my second pregnancy with a toddler who likes to sleep on our bed now.

Cons

Be ready for your body to sag in the middle over time. The mattress is bumpy and is uneven throughout.

If you look at the images i took, my receipt clearly states zinue 10 inch universal comfort, but the box it came in says cloud memory foam. Pictured are three of the six wholes that are not he bed cover.

It's august 25th now and this blasted thing has developed a huge trough where my hips go. They have a very strong plastic/glue type odor.

I also bought their box springs and i am very impressed with the company.

It does not effect the quality of my sleep however.

I had zero issues with smells, fiberglass shards, shipping, poor quality.

We ordered this mattress in advance of a trip to a summer home, and so it remained in the packaging for a month or so.
