There was very minimal smell and nothing bad at all. No odor. Not waking up so sore. Easy to unpack and was ready to use the following night. This items was installed in our rv.

The comfort is amazing and it's just the right firmness. The memory foam makes it firm, but it's also like a big hug and just surrounds me in softness. Only drawback is the foam can get pretty clammy on hot nights.

Absolutely worth every cent. My only regret is that i did not purchase it sooner.

Zinus memory foam mattress is stiff like a card board. You sink to the bottom of the bed within 10 minutes and create a crater. This matress is way too firm.

There are too many good reviews for this to be the norm for zinus. It's 2 inches less than advertised. Very disappointed. And hesitant about the replacement.

Zinus refunded most of our purchase price. Now we are stuck with having to pay to dispose of this thing.
