Pros
Stairs are tall enough and stable. My chi’s are 1 yr and 3months and both love the stairs to get up on my bed. Our small guy is almost old enough to vote and is starting to have a hard time getting on/off the bed. These stairs are great.
They look great, easy to love around, and sturdy. Would buy again without hesitation. I'm so thrilled with my purchase, and so are my cats! Well made.
It's bulky, and a good 5-6 wider than the nightstand it's in front of in our bedroom. The foam is super high density and almost feels close to memory foam. Easy to assemble.
Small size holds a 60lb bulldog. Works good for our 8 and 26 pound dogs. We have 2 yorkies that took to these very quickly. I have 2 chihuahuas and they run up and down these.
Cons
Stairs are too tall and not long enough, and makes this a strenuous vertical climb. They are very unstable and my 10 pound shih tzu couldn’t even get up them because the steps are too high for her.

It’s very well made and easy to clean
They are sturdy and were easy to assemble.
She sniffed it, ignored it for two days, sniffed it again, climbed it and now uses it comfortably about 5 times a day.
Perfect size for a cat to use and lightweight but sturdy.
Packaging/appearance
Zinus makes a really good sponge which comes well packaged.
The stairs also come nicely packaged and easy to put together.
The only reason they were marked down was the cardboard box was damaged.

My dog had an accident on them and the cover comes off easily and you can toss it right in the washer
