Pros

It's worth the money in my opinion will be recommending it to my family and friends. Very reasonably priced for such a great product. I still love it and it elevates the room.

The color of the bamboo is very nice not super gray just a smooth gray to dark brown glossy finish. I think i chose the chestnut brown option. They seem to hold and do the job, but i do seriously question that for heavier people.

The styrofoam packing is all in its own plastic bag; no mess. The wrench they provide makes assembly a breeze and is worth keeping. It is so easy to assemble!

Cons

Very squeaky after 8 mos, then collapsed. Annoying customer service too. Took over 24 hours for them to respond to which they want a copy of my receipt downloaded and all this nonsense. Not good packaging.

The wooden slat was cracked in multiple areas. This mattress however is hard.

Zinus beds last long from my experience so quality is definitely top-notch.

Assembly was super easy on my own and i was blown away by the quality of the materials and attention to detail for the money i paid.

Paying extra to get the one with the piece of wood at the bottom, in my case made no sense but it looks okay.

For the price i feel like i good a supreme bargain.
