Pros

It has a nice minimalist look, which is great if you are furnishing a small room. The wood is real and has an attractive rustic finish. Amazing product for the price.

The assembly itself is innovative and easy. Super easy to install by 1 person. It is sturdy and easy to assemble.

Cons

Not a quality product whatsoever. The support beam bent to the point that it was broken off almost fully probably the first or second night we used it, and it gouged into our wood floors.

This frame it’s very nice and best price ,recommended to buy!

Shipping

Arrived in a timely manner, was easy to put together - one woman assembly.

It was delivered while my husband was out of town and, to my surprise, it was easy to assemble all on my own!

Tried to get to get a replacement piece or partial refund due to damage, but zinus customer service never followed up after initial email.

It was kind of surprising to me how a bed can be shipped in the mail!

Packaging/appearance

My only complaint is that there was a minor scratch in one of the wooden pieces that appeared to have been a result of packaging/shipping.

Bought this for my new mattress, since it was a bed in a box and no box springs.

Plus, zinus brand makes it very easy to contact them with any complaints or dissatisfaction.
