Pros

The design and packaging of this bed is very clever. All the pieces fit into the headboard. Slats have velcro for easy fit.

The bed itself looks beautiful and the build quality is top notch. The fabric seems very durable and can be wiped off easily. It is sturdy as *.

It's the perfect height (when used with a zinus mattress), doesn't squeak or move when my dogs jump all over it.

This also gives added support. Good purchase. Cool coincidence.

Cons

Shipped wrong/damaged product to me. No refund or replacement was provided. Just from that i know this is horrific customer service.

Bed is too itchy to sleep in. Slope of bed causes hump in middle. Headboard damaged in transit.
