Pros

This bed is beautiful, easy to set up, and so sturdy. Took me less than an hour to unbox and assemble by myself. Comes with a cool little alan ratchet.

The headboard is low so if you have a thick mattress, your pillows will cover up the pretty design. There's no bed bugs at all people. Have so much more room with the green tea mattress too.

Cons

This is inexcusable and not acceptable. Cost me $3000. Immediately repackaged everything and scheduled return pickup. Now currently fogging our home.

The mattress is only 6 months old. The headboard was damaged in transit and there is a 3 inch gash. I see what i think is larvae.

We tried getting some kind of a discount afterwards and couldn’t find anyone to speak with.

Shipping

Just disappointed with all the shipping damage.

Courier sent text updates along the way and confirmed when they were 30 minutes away, along with confirmed pick-up.

It arrive with a little damage but that might be from the delivery driver instead of the vendor.

I was so happy with the amazing packaging.

Only reason it is not a 5-star is because of the packaging.

It came with an exterior box and an interior box.

The item weighs about 115 pounds without packing.
