Pros

It is lightweight but very sturdy. The headboard comes packaged nicely.

Headboard fitted perfectly on my full-size box spring/mattress frame. Fits with multiple different platform frames without any adapters (including amazon basic). With the zinus brackets, it fits on perfectly and easily.

Cons

Absolutely infested. There was a full infestation on the back of our headboard. Zinus wants you to be happy but won't offer to inspect or look at what is shipped to you as a replacement.

This headboard was not compatible with the zinus frame that i purchased. The provided bolts are far to big for the holes on the bed frame. No signs of these hugs anywhere but the headboard area.

Packaging/appearance

I checked the box, the plastic packaging, made sure nothing was taped to anything else, and there was no hardware to speak of.

It was a little difficult to get the bolts out of the package but i prefer that over having to fish around for them in the packaging.

Competitiveness

There isn't even anything that tells me what the exact type of bolt i need is so i can pick it up from the local hardware store.
