Pros

It's not too pricey, it is easily available, and is easy and fast to assemble. It feels strong & sturdy.

No squeaking or creaking after a few months sleeping on it. Bedbug reviews are a lie!

Last note--just scanning the reviews, some seem to describe significantly different hardware arrangements. The quality is great for especially for the price. Purchasing one for the guest bedroom.

I really like the padded fabric trim, it has helped protect the impact to my shins when i accidentally kick it. The only downside i see to this is the headrest.

Cons

This bed is infested with bed bugs. Is it possible the bed bugs could have gotten through that and infested my mattress? The headboard isn't raised, it starts where the slats are * in.
