Pros

The upholstered head board is very nice quality, and sturdy. This bed completely tops our old set that cost 3x as much. It’s very sturdy.

I love that the bed frame fits in the headboard. I wish they made these a bit taller.

Cons

Customers should not have to go through this ordeal to get defective parts back. There should be some kind of system to receive defective components rather than put customers through this entire ordeal of receiving additional oversized packages.

The platform is actually smaller than the mattress. It is only the bed frame so if you order this just know in the very least you are going to have to spend a few hundred more bucks on a mattress.

Defective parts (see pics) prevented me from constructing the bed. Missing several screws identified in instructions as “p’. Therefore cannot assemble.

My headboard has no bolts at all. The replaced beam is barely too long and too tall to where the headboard and footboard don't screw snugly and the second, crossed support beam doesn't sit flat on the floor.

This item was delivered sometime today and there’s a huge gash in the packaging with visible damage to the product.

Color looks way better in person too!
