Perfectly packaged and easy to set up. Includes a special allen wrench socket so it's clear they though about assembly. Looks nice and is very sturdy.
It’s very sturdy. Amp; looks really nice. And super sturdy.
Similar in style to that nationally advertised bed frame set. I wish they made these a bit taller. All parts fit into the headboard.
Cons
One of four screws on the headboard can not be pullout. Missing a bolt in the footboard. Found bed bugs in the headboards 2 months after sleeping in it.
It's not worth the effort to repack it and try again. What's going to happen with the shrinking return window? Awaiting return call after interacting with chat on manufacturer’s website.

First off, this thing is heavy, 113lbs boxed up (i got the king size for reference)!
