Pros
The blue padded headboard looks awesome in my room. The bed is fast to assemble. The headboard is large and solid and this bed literally doesn't move.
No bed bugs, no broken pieces, no torn zippers. For the price this bed is very sturdy and solid. The frame is sturdy as well!
Cons
Wasted a long evening trying to set up the bed for newlyweds. There was mold on the legs and braces- easy fix with some bleach and a scrub brush.
Overall very disappointing. I am a huge fan of zinus platform beds, but this one is really a disappointment. This product has a good rating so guessing i got a lemon.
The headboard wobbles and feels unstable. The mattress slides off the slats leaving a big gap between the mattress and the headboard. My pillows cover it so not a dealbreaker but not a good sign.
The manufacturer has horrendous customer service. Now this time it's also defective. I want to love this bed frame, but the manufacturer has several problems. The photos speak for themselves - zinus really needs to focus on improving their quality ass... Read More

Easy to install, tools included, solid and the frame has pads to avoid contact frame-floor
Frame is sturdy and assembly was easy.
One hole was completely warped and i wasn’t able to put a bolt in it after working over an hour on it!
Sticky side of the wooden slats go up towards mattress!

Delivery was fast it came 2 days before expected.

The frame was nicely packaged and fairly easy to assemble.
Came with all the tools needed to put it together, which was convenient!
The box it came in was pretty heavy too, i had to have another person help me carry it inside.

It took my husband and i approx 50 min to assemble the bed frame because the big parts are labeled with only numbers no letters as referenced in the instructions

As we got further along in the assembly we noticed that the numbers on the bedframe corresponded to where they attached to other parts of the bedframe

This bed frame wasnt necessarily going to be permanent fixture for my bedroom but it works well enough that i see no reason to get a new one
