Pros

The bed frame is the best you'll find for the money. Using a 14 inch memory foam mattress, it is quite heavy. Unless packaging and handling is not proper, it's fun and easy to build.

The jury is still out on sturdiness. The bed is sturdy and does not have any creaks or flex. It's sturdier than i'd expected, after reading reviews.

Easy to assemble. Took maybe 20 minutes to put together and feel very sturdy. Directions are fabulous and all of the pieces are labeled.

Cons

I'm on my 4th email after i clearly explained everything and they just keep replying with the same question. It’s almost like a defective robot is running their email system. But when i don't respond for 3 minutes, they eagerly disconnect.

It's impossible to put it together with the parts provided. Part 5 & 6 of the bed frame is not long enough to reach part 5 &amps; 6. I will update this review if the seller contacts me to resolve my issue. Turns out the pads increase the life of t... Read More

This product was so easy to put together that i had it done in 30 minutes with the "help" of my 2.

I am a woodworker and diyer, so the low price made me wary of the quality i would actually be getting.

I expected a little bit higher quality wood, so i was surprised during assembly the material would squeak and crack.

Have purchased several beds and frames from the zinus brand and it never disappoints.

This was a way better experience then my past (returned) wayfair bedframe purchases.

It was an easy set up as long as you follow the instructions, not bad for the price .
