Pros

It's worth every penny, can take a hit and come out just fine on the other end, plus it looks fantastic. The styrofoam packing material is plastic wrapped! This is probably the best packaged item i have ever purchased.

They send an actual ratchet to assemble the furniture and not a dinky allen wrench. Slats attach to the bed with extra velcro so they don't move around. No chips or scratches anywhere.

Sturdy as an ox. The bed is sturdy and does not have any creaks or flex. Bed is sturdy yet lightweight, and perfect for my needs.

Cons

The problem is that it is just not sturdy. That’s below the maximum weight provided in the specs. Its wayyyy shorter, so dont be fooled. It is not sturdy at all.

The seller is not responding to any of my emails. They are just replying with the same questions. The pad increased the life of this bed by about 200%, because this one lasted 3 weeks.

Even with all the bolts tightened, the frame moves so much every time someone moves that my husband and i keep each other awake all night. Attempted to tighten bolts and joints came right out of the frame. This bed is so squeaky!
