I've never seen packaging handled that way before.

Best yet, the packaging styrofoam was wrapped so that it didn't fall apart and make a disaster in my house.

    The only reason i didnt 5 star this is it came broken in two places a piece of the back of the headboard was broken off it was small and we glued it back on and there was a small chip in the paint on another piece

    While they are still turning the house the car and the garage upside down frantically looking for the missing parts i quietly link to the company from my amazon purchase history easily navigate the site via a customer service chat that sends me an email so i can formally request replacement parts even though they technically dont do this kind of thing since its not a defective part but a defective human
