Pros

The description says rustic, it’s a matter of opinion because there is nothing rustic about it. Overall the quality is head and tails above other competitors.

Zinus provides an allen wrench ratchet that is made specifically for this bed. The packaging was top notch. Instructions are crystal clear and easy to follow.

The hardware is fabulous too! Better than ikea. The wood is solid and sturdy.

It's silent when we move around, supports our mattress properly, and the headboard is stable enough to lean against. The bed frame is high enough that my 50lb dog can army crawl under it.

Cons

My biggest gripe is that the bed does not come with hole plugs for the headboard bolts. On contacting the manufacturer, they are ready to send me the replacement parts but at this point i feel that i am stuck. The refund is only possible within 30 day... Read More

Zinus is a reputed and supposed to be a good quality brand when it comes for beds and mattresses. The mattress now sags on either side of the middle bar and is warping the mattress. Ruined my new laminate floors.
