Great fit im 6 feet 250 pounds and they are very comfortable also they are not saphardic but you can just tie the tzitzit how you want them

Any smaller and it would not fit so definitely err on the large side

However the shirt portion was way too short and after asking a question on this forum i was told that these do indeed shrink quite a bit
