Pros

They come in as a 3 for durability and sturdiness because they are thinner now. Great for storing large foodstuffs. Also handy for storing longer bunches of leafy greens. They are durable and sturdy too.

They hold for long enough to allow close packing in a box or suitcase. These are the only ones i will use.

This 2 gallon size is hard to find in stores. I am so glad amazon sells them. I like these so much that i had them delivered routinely from amazon.

Quality, durable, large plastic sealable bags. Lovely to be able to reseal the bag for freshness. The ziplock strip opens and closes easily and securely.

Cons

Must have sat around on a shelf somewhere for a looooong time. Defeats the purpose of buying them. Just bad design. Way over priced.

The edges of the bags are welded on all three sides, and not a continous piece. The plastic is so thin at the closure area it tears apart.

Bags are quality they don’t rip easy and i appreciate mostly the space!

For these, we need a good quality 2-gallon zipper lock bag.

We have noticed though that the zip lock bags seem to be getting "thinner" and not as durable as they once were.

There only 10 per box, but 3 boxes in an order (carton).

Competitiveness

There are quite a few 2 gallon bag manufacturers on the market but i'm glad i bought the name brand ones.

For that reason (and after wasting money on inferior bags), i always buy quality brands such as ziploc.

I have learned not to purchase the lower priced dollar store brands as they may or may not seal.

There are some things that you shouldn't try to save money on and ziploc bags is one example.
