Space is a huge consideration as we live in a 100 year old farmhouse that has virtually no storage even after renovation

That said these are a fantastic packing resource for moving especially if you are moving in the summer and can handle having your heavier bulkier clothes packed away and inaccessible for a while

If you cant use a vacuum there are instructions on the box that instruct you how to simply roll out the air and still accomplish reduced space storage

Out here in the desert what is nice is that we do not get moths in our clothing which would become a real problem for storing sweaters which are made of wool

Because i cant seem to sleep with anything other than a favorite down pillow i take one on trips and with the vacuum bag it doesnt fill up a whole suitcase

For those who have never seen these things they are thick plastic ziploc bags with an access hole for a vacuum to suck out the air
