Lighter arrived on time and in good condition however it did seem to appear that the lighter fluid is a bit empty

Im sure it could be for several reasons to prevent spillage and vapor pressure when opening but it did catch me off guard

I did not measure the fluid to see if it was really 12oz but it left me with the impression that there was less fluid in the can than advertised
