Pros

Hand warmer is great for outdoor events. I take my nephew pokemon hunting and it gets cold in the winter.

Setting two (2 blue lights) is pretty hot to the bare hand and feels good. It delivers an impressive amount of heat. I like that it takes a long-press to turn on the heat so it doesn't turn on by getting bumped.

Cons

Zippo hand warmer is a waste of money. Battery no longer lasts for an hour at the lowest heat setting.

I would be cautious ordering these, it looks like other people have run into the same issue. Instructions say to not return, but call zippo for support. When i call their 888 number i get put on hold until the call drops.

Great handwarmer- definitely warm enough, and they last long enough to be very helpful.

Got tired of all the fuel and burners vaporizing and going out after a use or two with no output adjustments.

………………i bought two & one is defective… unfortunately i didn’t test it as soon as i bought them so it was too late to return,
