Do not buy these for a hyundai sonata i purchased these to replace my interiordome lights but for what ever reason hyundai thought it would be a good idea to reverse wire the lights so what should be ground is hot and what should be hot is ground

Because these are leds they are polarity sensitive unlike incandescent or the halogen that hyundai uses and they will not work

No you can not turn these around for correct polarity

The bulbs themselves work i found this out when i bench tested them thinking they were manufactured incorrectly but the bulbs are right it is the stinking car that is wrong

Light is quite cool and bright so may look whitish if your colored lenses are faded
