Pros
The general molding and fit is top notch, perfectly sized to the phone. The case is sturdy and the phone fits tightly. Just as sturdy as otterbox.
This case is extremely durable. Heavy duty for my fumbling fingers. It's nice to have a case that's lightweight and also has something to grip.
Cons
There is a noticeable cloudiness in the fingerprint sensor area of the screen protector, which won't clean off. Case is sturdy and feels ok however the included screen protector does not work with samsung galaxy s21 ultra.
The lifetime warranty is if you pay shipping, which if domestic, is 33% of the original product. Their claim process is to give you a coupon for the product and you pay the +$12 shipping and handling. Priced right to break and buy another.
At this point, can't recommend this product. But this is ridiculous. Thumb down. Will not move otherwise.
Many failures when accessing. This is after 1 days use. The locking tab wares out in 1 week. Fail army maybe.

It is raised just enough to completely protect the edges of the screen.
Competitiveness
Have used zizo cases on previous phones and been very satisfied.
I would recommend it over many of the more expensive cases.
This purchase is to replace a zizo that was damaged while protecting my galaxy s21 ultra.
Some of you may see this as a reason to not purchase a zizo, but you should see this as a reason to buy one!

The only minus is the fingerprint thing didnt work through the screen protector which made me take it off
