Given the christmas mailing season we could not believe it when the product arrived on 12-23.

The grip design is excellent the 34swirls on the sides are functional giving fingers an unobtrusive surface to hold onto without being uncomfortable

Proper cutouts exist for the multiple microphones and speaker and dont seem to interfere with sound quality and pickup

Having said that ive had to engage the warranty replacement part of the zizo guarantee i should add their customer response was quite good and they do honor their warranty for the following reasonson the red model soft part of case is black hard part is red the red coating quickly wore off revealing silver plastic beneath
