Clutch case and screen protector it protected my screen while already cracked

Dropped my phone under a reclining couch at the inlaws and me being smart thought pop the reclining feature and it pinned my phone between the floor bar and the 2 rotating points and they destroyed my screen protector i thought my screen was destroyed and it has absolutely no cracks or scratches
