I purchased this for christmas he came with 90 days with a free cloud service within the first week of using it technical errors caused me to have to sit on the telephone for three hours they changed my account and i lost all of my free cloud service
You cannot purchase the cloud service either its not available all you get is your 90 days free if you want to get a dvr you can but its going to cost you an arm and a leg and you need to be a brain surgeon in order to know how to put it together
