Zojirushi is the abolute best rice maker on the market. It reminds me of old appliances that used to be unbreakable and lasted forever. I like that this is a small appliance that stows away easily and doesn't take much space. It's also pretty small, w... Read More

The container is superbly non-stick. A quick rinse and wipe is all you need. Easily wipes clean with just water and doesn't stain at all.

Cons

The con - in the process, it spews water out of the hole in the top! Our entire countertop, and anything on thecountertop, gets wet where it's sitting. The rice cooker steams which is not held in the cooker.

It has to be plugged in and unplugged for every use since no off button. It’s a lot of work to constantly monitor and clean up the mess. Returning this overpriced junk.

For me this product so far its a good quality, cook good rice .

If i in hurry to cook rice this one only takes 15 minutes and wait for couple minutes and ready to eat and rice will be perfect made.

The extra material in brown rice causes suds that explode out the sides of the lid and make a huge mess on the counter.

The bottom of the inner pot on the second one got so thin it finally cracked and leaked water into the unit.
