It’s ok for what it is but i find it difficult to clean since the mouth is narrow and you’re not supposed to overfill it so you can’t just leave running water in it to clean out the soap

We got the 2 litre pykal carafe as a replacement because it also had excellent reviews it does not even begin to compare in quality

First purchase was in 2011 and the second was 2014

The 2011 carafe went away in 2016 the 2014 needs replacement so we are going to look around first because of the negatives affecting this unit
