Cons:to be honest, i don't really have any gripes about the product.
I like it a lot, it’s better quality than the other ones that you can find in amazon.
Packaging/appearance
We use it non stop for two months now i think, the water is clean, no build ups inside the kettle.
To clean i simply pop the lid off, remove the cord, and then wash the inside in the sink.
Competitiveness
I love zojirushi products and will have one of these till they spread my ashes in the wind!
This is my second zojirushi water boiler.

Just one piece of advise do not keep it under the cabinet while its on or at least while it heats up a new batch of water when it exhausts quite a bit of steam
