I was a little bit concerned that it doesnt have a whole wheat setting but the loaf turned out ok

For some reason the recipes for the zojirushis larger brothers include wheat gluten but not for this bread maker

Another problem i had with their recipes is that they all require dry milk and do not provide any option for substituting fresh milk

Ive called zojirushi tech support once to see if it possible to bypass the initial rest period because i use warm water and do not need the machine to warm up ingredients and found it is not possible on this machine
