Pros

Both machines were recommended by our co-op. Comes with easy to follow recipe books. Allows you to bond with family and put in each ingredient before the machine does its magic.

Made first loaf right after unpacking. Instructions are very clear.

Cons

The company refuses to stand behind their product. The warranty says they won't take it back unless it is new. The customer service is really bad, or rather non-existent.

All my loaves so far are lopsided like this and crumbly. The bead maker has teflon coating which is very hazardous to your and your family health. Most loaves i have made with it are mis-shapen.

I hole heartedly recommend this machine for top quality homemade bread.
