Highlights
Quality
I couldn't be more impressed with the company.
Since i've never had any trouble with my zojirushis, i cannot speak to the quality of their customer services.
After a ton of time devoted to reading reviews and watching prices we went with the zojirushi bbcec20, which arrived yesterday afternoon.
They wore out from use, not quality.
Price
This is a really fine machine and well worth the cost.
This was quite the investment then and still is now but i am still happy with it and feel it was entirely worth the price.
It is pricy, but keep a lookout, because the price changes frequently!
Packaging/appearance
This is just to remove the flour that builds up over time.
Competitiveness
It replaced a breadmaker of another famous brand that finally gave up.
It replaced a breadman that couldn't handle the whole-grain dough i make.
I didn’t buy my zojirushi from amazon.
The newest zojirushi model has that feature, and i am sorely tempted to purchase a new one solely for that reason.

But the instructions especially if you are using freshly milled flour not the stuff that’s been sitting on the shelves at teeters whole foods or public for months are a problem
