Pros

It always works and doesn't making any beeping noises. Have been using it everyday in my cafe for about a month now. It replaces the first one which lasted 11 years in a very busy office setting.

Commercial version holds an extra liter of water, which is excellent. Works perfectly, easy to empty and refill. Electric pump seems to have failed, but am happy i can still replace with same model.

It easily dispenses the water, the temperatures are great for all teas form oolong to white to black to herbal. This is a game changer if you drink hot tea throughout the day / night.

Cons

Out of the box, the boiler has finger prints allover and some scratches. The water boiler is now dead after 13 months of use and is just out of warranty. Not well designed, the unit has a hole on the bottom perfect for roaches to make a nice cozy home... Read More

Amazon does not sell real good quality all time!

Bought this when it was on sale and it is amazing.

Not cheap and price seems to keep rising.

A bit on the expensive side, but feel it is worth the cost.

Their rice cookers also are the bomb but you've gotta love rice as much as i do to pay the $$ for one of their rice cookers :)

Warranty was only 90 days, so i have to trash it.
