The unit feels toasty to the touch but you can keep your hand on the top or side without getting burnt. When it reaches 212 degrees, this newest model plays the lover's concerto. All my family love this boiler sooo much!

It's easy to clean with zojirushi cleaning tablets. Are straightforward and easy to use. Very easily cleaned.

Don't settle for the cheaper companies. Build quality is much better than other brand. To us, it's the same as tiger which is more expensive.

A previous zojirushi i bought for them in 2015 lasted for about 6 years before it cracked and water leaked out.

The vent on the top of the lid also releases steam that’s hot enough to strip the finish off my wood cabinets over time.
