Pros

The surface is easily cleaned. It is so convenient that all the pieces come apart to make cleaning easier.

Lid helps control splatter. Stainless spatula works best for flipping food. No dangerously high heat, and zero hotspots.

Cons

The temperature is extremely high. Apparently, the griddle part and not the thermostat is my problem. All of the measurments were taken with an infrared-non touch heat thermometer.

Nylon or wood only. They give a metal spatula with this griddle. The cooking surface is small diamond shapes which imprint to bottom of each pancake.
